Why do I need to join and sign in?
The purpose of having visitors register is to provide a level of security. Along with this it also enables us to offer such features as a personal photo album. If you have any concerns regarding our use of your information, please review our Privacy Statement.

Will my purchased photo have Amazing Pictures © printed over it like the detail image?
No. The watermark is used to protect the photo from being copied and used fraudulently on other websites.

Can I select both photos to be used in the Memory Mate?
You choose the individual photo for the Memory Mate. We will insert one of the team photos from that same directory. If you would like a different team picture, please send your requests to our customer service representative at cs@amazingsportsphotos.com.

Can I let someone else look at my Personal Photo Album?
If you share your email address and password, then others will have access to view and make changes to your photo album.

What is a Cookie?
A cookie is a text-only string that gets entered into the memory of your browser. We use a cookie to pass the image information to the shopping cart.

I've lost my password/I never received my password
If you've lost or never received your password, you can retrieve it by going to the login form, filling in your EMail Address, and using the pull-down menu to select 'Forgot Password'. If you have indeed created an account with us, the password will then be sent to your email address. If your email was not found, the message will alert you to this.

Can I search using the photo number I was given at the competition?
No, pictures can be reviewed by team name first, then chosen by sight only.

Can I order two different photos for Package Two 6 x 9's?
No, those must be duplicates of the same photo.

Can I order photos (other than wallet size) unframed?
To protect the larger photos and to provide a finished product, all photos other than wallet size are sold framed.
